Dues paid members will have membership cards mailed to the address furnished and on file in the office of the secretary treasurer. All dues paid members who did not receive the First Edition NCA Patch at the convention will receive one by first class mail. This is the first national constable patch NCA has authorized for production and it is done in 8 vibrant colors. Additional patches can be ordered at a cost of $5.00 each.
